Filling & Packing Facility

Equipped with 8 filling lines

• 5 Bottle filling lines
• 3 Tube filling lines

Product transferred from the manufacturing tanks to the filling lines using Alfa Laval lobe pumps SRU-2 and SRU-3 connected with SS316 pipelines.

Lobe pumps are controlled by level sensors installed in the hopper of filling machines.

Each line has its own de-cartooning room for primary packing material.

Air washing of bottles and tubes is performed in these de-cartooning rooms before sending the packing material for filling.

SS316 conveyors along with coding machines and labelling machines and other packing equipment's wherever needed are installed in SECONDARY PACKING area.
